If you have registered for an event through our websites, we will share your personal information with the event service provider for the purpose of registering and facilitating your attendance.

Despite our effort in utilizing appropriate and reasonable measures to protect your personal information in accordance with the applicable laws, there remains a possibility of cybersecurity breaches or data theft. Upon occurrence of such incidents, we shall put it best effort inendeavour to minimise minimizing the damages and coordinate with the competent authority for proper appropriate remedies.
